Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without your consent, please contact us via awaswimwearnl@gmail.com, then we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
AWA Swimwear processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your order.
- Sending our newsletter and / or advertising brochure, if you have given permission to receive it.
- You can call or e-mail if necessary to carry out our services
- Inform you about changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
- AWA Swimwear analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

How long we store personal data
AWA Swimwear does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.
We delete inactive client accounts after 7 years. After that period we only use data anonymously for internal reports.

For the tax authorities, we have to keep our administration with your order data for 7 years. After that, we only use it anonymously for internal reports.

In case of fraud your data will be stored for a longer period of time.
 

Sharing personal data with third parties
AWA Swimwear will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

In case of legal obligation or fraud we will have to hand over your details to the relevant authority.
The parties that have access to your data via AWA Swimwear may only use these if necessary for our services.
 

Payment of your order:
For payments we use Paypal as our payment provider, your payment details and date of birth are processed according to their privacy conditions.

Delivery of your order:
Our delivery partners use your data to deliver your package to you and to inform you by e-mail or the status of your package. For the delivery we work together with PostNL, your data will be processed according to their privacy conditions.
 

Hosting
Your data is stored on the advanced and secured servers of Wix. Your data will be processed by them according to their privacy conditions (AVG / GDPR).

AWA Swimwear takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
