Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. So if you need to replace an item with a different size or colour, we ask that you return your order for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

 

How do i return unwanted items to you?

We want to give you a way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note that discounted items cannot be exchanged.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your swimsuit, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a refund of the price of the goods (not including the postage).

To return an item you can send your request to awaretour@gmail.com with the following information:

Mention in the subject line your order number!

- Order number;  
- Reason of your return.
 
WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

- The product must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed;
- The return costs will be on you.

Please make sure to keep your Track&Trace until the return is processed by us!
